Plasma Ball: Starring Aaron's and Kevin's FingersJun 13, 2009
"Don't ask for a man's soul when he's given you his heart."
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2YOA9RN24SDIT A gift to a college student graduating with a degree in Science. I shot this in the afternoon using my digital camera. In real life, the plasma ball looks just like the photographs on the product page. Everyone at the party loved this; all ages!

Not pleased with the sizeJul 21, 2011
The plasma ball works just fine, but I was expecting a ball that was 8" in diameter, not an item that was 8" tall. The ball is about 4" in diameter. I guess I should have read more of the prior reviews.

Low quality, beams almost non-existent after a few days...Nov 01, 2011
By Lazarus Wald
Low quality, beams almost non-existent after a few days of use... When it is turned on there is only one single weak lone static beam showing one. The quality, durability and utility value proposition of such item is really ridiculous.

read the warning lable!Dec 13, 2011
I bought this item for my young son for Christmas. As I was wrapping it I saw that there was a warning on the box, suggesting that the user wash their hands after handling the base because it contains lead! It cost me 8 dollars just to send it back. I think this warning should have been listed somewhere in the description and definatley should only be used by an adult or with adult supervision.
